Every repair — whatever the type — starts with a free inspection and a written quote you approve before any work begins. The rebuild itself uses quality parts matched to your specific model, including premium ceramic bearings where the handpiece calls for them. Cleaning and lubrication of the internal parts is part of the job, not an add-on, and nothing ships back until it has been run and measured on the bench. If a handpiece is not worth repairing, there is no repair charge — a flat $29 covers shipping and handling and it comes back to you.

Box the handpiece with a note about what it is doing wrong, drop it in the mail, and we take it from there: free inspection, written quote, your approval, then 2–3 business days on the bench. It returns by UPS or FedEx — about a week door to door for most practices, from anywhere in the USA.
Every repair carries a full 6-month parts and labor warranty covering the components we replaced and the labor to fit them, assuming proper care and maintenance per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
