What type of handpieces do you repair?
We repair all makes and models of dental handpieces. High speed, low speed, electric, scalers and attachments. If you are unsure if a handpiece can be repaired, send it in with a Service Request form and we will evaluate the handpiece for you.
Why did I have to send my handpieces in for repair so often with my previous repair company?
We take the time to thoroughly assess your handpieces. If they need something extra, we take the time to explain why and we repair those items at the time of your repair. Some companies do a basic pre-set repair and when something else breaks you get stuck sending the handpieces in for repair again. We try to prevent any down time for your business by having superb communication, thorough evaluations of your handpieces and doing the most reliable work around.

What does your handpiece repair warranty cover?
All of our repairs are backed by a full warranty on all parts and labor. Our warranty is simple: 6 months parts/labor on all repairs. This covers the parts that were repaired by us only. Feel free to call our office anytime with questions. Please set up your return on the Repairs page of our website. We do not accept COD packages.
*From original repair date. Dependent upon proper maintenance per manufacturer guidelines. Covers one repair during warranty period or discretionary.
What is the cost of a repair?

What parts do you use for your repairs?
All of our repairs are done using the highest quality parts (all high quality ceramic bearings). We offer both genuine OEM and aftermarket quality parts on most handpieces. We test all repairs before they leave our office as part of our thorough process.
How long do repairs take after my estimate is approved?
Most repairs take one to two weeks once your estimate is approved. If a repair will take longer we will notify your office.
