1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Shipping Label Terms & Conditions ("Label Terms") govern your use of the free USPS shipping labels generated through our website www.essentialhandpiecerepairs.com for sending dental handpieces and related items to Essential Handpiece Repairs for repair or evaluation.
By generating, printing, or using one of our shipping labels, you agree to be bound by these Label Terms, our general Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. These Label Terms supplement our main Terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our shipping labels.
2. Service Description
We provide complimentary pre-paid USPS shipping labels as a customer convenience to facilitate the return of dental handpieces for repair. This is a courtesy service — we are not a shipping carrier and do not guarantee delivery times or outcomes.
3. Eligibility and Use Restrictions
- Labels are for one-time use only and valid for shipments to our Colorado Springs facility only.
- Labels may not be used for any purpose other than sending items for repair/evaluation to us.
- You must generate a new label for each shipment. Reusing, photocopying, or altering labels is strictly prohibited.
4. Packaging Requirements
- Handpieces MUST be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box or padded bubble mailer. Paper envelopes of any kind are NOT permitted.
- Items must be securely packed to prevent movement and damage.
- Include a completed Service Request Form inside the package.
- Properly seal the package.
We are not responsible for packages that arrive damaged, with lost contents, or that never reach us due to improper packaging.
5. Risk of Loss and Our Responsibility
We assume no responsibility or liability for the package until it is physically received and signed for at our facility.
You (the shipper) are fully responsible for the package during transit. Keep your tracking number and monitor delivery status. We are not liable for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged shipments.
6. Delivery Expectations
Labels are typically for standard USPS Ground shipping. Packages should arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. For faster service, use a different carrier or shipping method at your expense.
7. Prohibited Items and Compliance
You agree to comply with all USPS rules and federal regulations. Do not ship hazardous materials, contaminated items without proper biohazard labeling, or anything prohibited by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Essential Handpiece Repairs harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your shipment, packaging, or use of the label.
9. Termination and Changes
We reserve the right to revoke or modify this free shipping label service at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Label Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our main Terms and Conditions (binding arbitration in Colorado with class action waiver).
11. Entire Agreement
These Label Terms, together with our main Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement regarding use of our shipping labels.
