Sending a rush order?
Our free label ships USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days), so it’s best for standard repairs. For a rush, you’re welcome to ship with your own overnight or 2-day label, or call or email us and we’ll set one up for you, conveniently added to your invoice. Request a rush repair here.

Or we will not be able to process your order when it is received. Handpieces must be sterilized before shipping. Please use proper packaging per USPS Guidelines and use double protection packaging.

Your free label includes standard USPS insurance. Need more coverage? You’re welcome to ship with your own label and the insurance you’d like. If you are having trouble creating a label, contact our office and we can help! By generating a shipping label you are agreeing to our shipping label & website terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT
Please make sure your handpieces are packed carefully. This can include bubble envelopes, boxes and wrap. All handpieces should be protected by two layers of packing to ensure safe delivery.
