What Rush Service Costs
Need a handpiece back fast? With next-day rush service, your handpiece goes on the bench the next business day after it arrives, then ships back to you overnight. Our free prepaid label is USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2-5 business days to reach us. If you want it here faster, you can pay for your own overnight or 2-day label instead. As with every repair, we send your estimate first and start once you approve it. Rush estimates must be approved by 12:00 pm Mountain Time. A later approval delays your order, and the rush fee still applies. Rush is $99 per handpiece, added to the repair price, and you pay the overnight return shipping.

No. Because of shipping schedules, rush handpieces go on the bench the next business day after they arrive. Once the repair is done, it ships back to you overnight.
What if my handpiece arrives on a Friday?
It is repaired the next business day, which is Monday, and then shipped back to you overnight.
Do I still get an estimate first?
Yes. Every repair, rush or not, gets a written estimate first, and work starts once you approve it. For a rush order, the estimate must be approved by 12:00 pm Mountain Time. A later approval delays your order, and the rush fee still applies, so watch for our email and approve it as soon as you can.
