Essential handpiece repairs does not take responsibility for any package until it is received in our office. Please package your handpiece order properly including bubble envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap or foam. Your handpieces will not make it to us without damage if they are not packaged carefully. We are not responsible for damaged handpieces due to improper packing or protection.
The customer is responsible for creating a USPS label each time new order is sent to us. If a label is used twice it may not make it to our office. Please visit our website to create a free label with each new order. Without a tracking number handpieces may not make it to our office. You may track and confirm your order anytime by visiting USPS Tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages due to using a previously used label.
Return shipping is provided by Essential Handpiece Repairs. If you did not receive a tracking number by our shipping partner please e-mail our office and we can provide you with the tracking number for you order. Once the shipping vendor picks up you package we are no longer responsible for the shipment. All handpieces are packed carefully with appropriate double protection packaging when they leave our office.
